   Graph equations using the “3-step” method (or plotting points).

   Identify function (linear and non-linear) types given a graph, table of data or equation.

   Generate a table of data given a real-life situation or word problem.

   Use graph, table of data and/or equation to predict or obtain information given a real-      life situation or word-problem.

Skills:  

   Read and analyze line graphs.

   Evaluate algebraic expressions.

   Simplify expressions using rules for integer operations.

   Identify the elements of the coordinate plane.

   Plot points on the coordinate plane.

   Read and interpret word problems.
