  1. How does what we eat and where we get our food reflect who we are?

Learning Objectives:

  1. Be able to buy food and order a meal.
  2. Express quantities and use object pronouns.
  3. Understand the concept of the partitive and observe the differences between object pronouns in French and English.
  4. Learn about French meals, restaurants, cafeterias as well as grocery shopping habits in France.

Skills: 

  1. Talk about favorite foods.
  2. Describe the different meals of the day.
  3. Prepare a shopping list and do the grocery shopping.
  4. Order a meal in a restaurant.
  5. Set the table
  6. Ask for a certain amount or a certain quantity of something.
  7. Ask people to do things for you.
  8. Express oneself more fluently by using object pronouns.
