Directions for Using Online Flashcards

 

TO FIND THE FLASHCARDS FOR OUR TEXTBOOK:

 

1.                  Go to Class Website.

 

2.                   Click on “Extra Practice”

 

3.                  Find “Online Review”. Click on “Flashcards”

 

4.                  Click on “Flashcards Vocabulary – Lección Preliminar”
 (You should now be looking at the deck of Online Flashcards.)

 

TO STUDY VOCABULARY WITH THE FLASHCARDS:

 

  1. Read the Spanish vocabulary written on the card.

 

  1. Click on “Audio” to hear how it is pronounced.

 

  1. Click on “Flip”  to read the English translation

 


  1. Then click on         to advance to the next card.

 

After saying and studying the words, do the following:

 

1.                  Go to “Options”.

 

2.                  Find “Show cards by”

 

3.                  Click on “Front” and repeat #1-4 above starting with English.

 


4.                  If you are still not sure of the meaning of a word, click on

 

5.                  Once you know a word… click “Remove”.    

 

NOTE: You may want to make your own flashcards for any words you have a lot of trouble remembering. Use your index cards.

 

Keep practicing until you’re able to remove all the cards!!
