A Message from the school:

The Junior-Senior Prom will be held at the Granite Links Country club on Friday, May 9th from 7:00 to 11:00 PM. A pre-prom reception will be held at The Dover Church Kraft Hall from 5:00 – 6:00PM.

A brief word of caution—the Junior-Senior Prom is a school-sponsored activity. Despite the off-campus presence of this activity in Quincy, the same school rules prohibiting the possession or use of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or tobacco products or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, will be strictly enforced. There is no smoking allowed at the Granite Links Golf Club. Failure to observe these rules could result in police involvement and will prohibit your participation in other senior activities, including graduation. Please communicate to your guests who may or may not be of the legal age for use of tobacco products or alcohol their need to follow school rules and to respect the safety of their dates even if they do not attend Dover-Sherborn High School. We remind you that Dover-Sherborn High School reserves the right to administer a breathalyzer test at any school-sponsored event on or off campus. We have confidence in your judgment and in the positive influence of your concerned parents and classmates. Students must be in school on that day in order to attend the prom – there will be no dismissals. Seniors participating in Senior Project must be in attendance at their sites of they have been released for the entire day. Those not released for the entire day must be in school and/or at Senior Project in accordance with their schedules.
