Release for Outdoor Adventure Class

I/We the parent(s) of _____________________ (the student) hereby

acknowledge and agree that the student will be participating in a class, Outdoor Adventure, which on occasion will require the student to go off campus to participate in hiking, fishing, ice skating, and sledding.

These sites are located 5 minutes from school and due to the class size of 19 it is impossible to transport all the students in the school van which holds ten passengers. If a Senior, with permission, He/She may drive their own car. If a Junior He/She will be driven by the teacher in the school van. Permission to leave campus for this class will not be granted during inclement weather. We will only be leaving campus a handful of times during the semester, but in order to keep the benefits of this class in place it is pertinent we utilize outside locations for this class. The students will only leave school DURING THIS CLASS AND NO STOPS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE WAY.

Please sign the release below and have it returned to Elliott Lucil. If you have any questions feel free to call or email me here at the High School.

Thank you,
