Mr. Lucils’ Physical Education Make Up Assignment Packet
This assignment must be completed by any student who either misses a day of class or is on a medical exemption during a class. It must be passed in by the end of the class if you are on a medical exemption. When a student is absent from class this assignment must be completed within two class days of the missed class period. The packet can be found on-line with the articles for the week. Please print a copy of the packet and drop the finished packet either in my mailbox or hand it in at my office in the gym.
DIRECTIONS: Read the assigned article. After thoroughly reading the article, complete the graphic organizer that is included in this packet. The graphic organizer should include the 3 main ideas of the article along with evidence that supports these main ideas. Once you have completed the graphic organizer you should include a summary of the article. The summary should include information about the main ideas as well as how you could relate the information to your own life. Your work will be graded using the rubric provided below.
