The Interwar Years in Europe
The years between World War I and World War II gave rise to a host of leaders that would shape the course of history in the decade that followed, for better or for worst. In the aftermath of World War I and in the throes of a global depression, nations struggled for stability and searched for leaders that could bring order, hope, and a sense of security to the chaos of the era. This unit will introduce students to the many influential (and notorious) leaders that entered the world stage in this age of crisis.
