Hello.  Thanks for wondering who the heck I am!  Ok here is the long story short....

I grew up in West Bridgewater and graduated in 1992.  I did a couple jobs in high school which included working at a Newport Creamery and a Mobil Station.  In college, I worked for B.S.C. in the math lab tutoring fellow students at all levels.  Actually to go back all the way...I've been working since I was 11 as a paper boy (below is a picture of me delivering the Brockton Enterprise on a rough Sunday morning....Ahhhhh the memories!)

I graduated from Bridgewater State College in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and a minor in Secondary Education.  (I also received my Masters Degree in Instructional Technology in 2001).  I started off in the Accounting program but made the switch to mathematics when I realized I wanted to teach!!

I did my student teaching at Carver High School in the Spring of 1997.

Here is a student drawing of me in 1997 (a very talented Mike Murphy at Carver High School)

In June of 1997 I was hired at Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School and enjoyed 10 great years there.  I was also the Math Team coach at D-R and we were able to compete with Dover-Sherborn in the Southeastern Massachusetts Math League playoffs.  We came close only to lose to Dover-Sherbon.  But as they say...almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades, right???  The Dover-Sherborn school system is highly thought of from the outside....which is the main reason I am here now!

I did just get married over the summer to a terrific woman...so it was an eventful break this year!! Below is a picture of the wonderful day and another one of us at a Luau in Maui.

Now you know it all!!

If anyone wants more details.......please let me know!
